In the first 30 Days, we start with the body.  We clean it up - get the toxins out and the clean nutrition in.  Creating consistent energy, clarity and focus.  We lay the foundation for a lifestyle that will create the balance that our body craves.  You will have:

Once we have our body ready, it's easier to get our minds on track.  Once you have the energy, it's easier to forge the habits that your ego will fight against.  The mind is a battlefield of old stories that we have to look at and sometimes rewrite in this next 30 days.  We will take a daily journey to decide what serves us and what doesn't through journaling, video confessions and team celebrations.

We save the best for last!  You've done the work on your body and you've know reached a place where your mind and body are starting to work together.  In this final 30 Days, we will create daily rituals that keep us connected and grounded to the source that fuels us and is the reason we are here.  You will find your WHY, your ExcellenceDNA and we will begin to honor it by creating ways for you to share it with others on a daily basis.  You are too special not to give what you've been created for!!  The journey is on going.  It has valleys and mountain tops and when you are connected to your EXCELLENCE, you cherish the entire process!!
